As of June 21, HP Inc. have announced that they are ready to join the slew of companies offering cloud-based printing services and solutions. The new HP Managed Print Cloud Services is designed to provide users with a personalized experience by offering flexibility. Services are intuitively shaped around company or individual requirements, allowing the users to maintain control over their purpose-built printing solutions.

The cloud as a tool for printing services is an option that can enhance the overall performance of company by streamlining and automating printing services. By handing over the responsibility of printing processes to HP’s cloud services, companies can dedicate their resources to other priorities, thereby delivering improved business outcomes.

Additionally, the innovative new cloud-based services come with the promise of high-quality security. HP offer assistance to companies who are interested in transitioning to the cloud to ensure they are set up in secure, all-encompassing and protected online environment.

The move accompanies the company’s new-found support for the Microsoft 365 printing solution, Universal Print. HP and Microsoft will combine their cloud services to provide increased accessibility to customers who will be able to access their printing options from almost anywhere. The integrated efforts of HP and Microsoft will also increase the security for individuals and organisations as printing devices can made accessible exclusively to authorised personnel.
